Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a severe inflammatory lung condition associated with pulmonary dysfunction, hypoxemia, increased alveolar-capillary permeability, inflammatory cell recruitment, and acute tissue injury.

IPS Therapeutique offers LPS-induced acute lung injury models in mice to support the preclinical evaluation of therapies targeting ARDS-relevant inflammatory and pulmonary injury pathways.
These models are designed to assess treatment effects on lung inflammation, BALF cellularity, cytokine release, respiratory function, lung injury, and histological evidence of inflammatory tissue damage.
